January, Jacob had a basketball tournament. They came in 2nd out of 8 teams. It was really exciting to watch the silver/gold game. Unfortunately Jacob didn't play much of it since he had 3 foals in the first quarter they pulled him to save him for later and then they put him in again in the 3rd quater, he foaled again and was pulled. 4th quarter he had his 5 foals and was out of the game. He played great just not for very long. The team got as far as they did in part because of his great defensive playing so it he felt pretty good about how he played over all. Being the tallest guy is sometimes a hard place to be. The team receive a cool silver pendent for their 2nd place finish.
Friday Jacob had a basketball game in Bracebridge, they won but just. It was a good game and they won by one point in overtime. Jacob has really been enjoying basketball and the whole family has enjoyed watching and cheering the team.

Congratulations, Jake! Glad to hear you're having a good time playing. Does Lily come to watch!???!! lol.....still makes me laugh.....can't wait to see a pic.
